I dropped my A50 which resulted in a cracked screen. I got the screen replaced and my pre-installed fingerprints work but when I try to register  new fingerprints, It says Calibration required. Any tips would be appreciated.

I'm worried you should not try any DIY.
Take out some time for the Authorised Service Centre.
