Even if the location is turned off, you can still find your device. Please use the lost my device service provided by samsung to find your device. Please also, inform the authors about you device.
U need to turn on a setting from the original ( lost phone) that makes it trackable even if it off if not then u got no luck finding it untill someone turns it on
