Update your google play system upadte to the latest, then restart your phone, then " Samsung Wallet " update will be shown in galaxy store update. This trick works for many, try it once

I tried that, it is latest version.
But i didn't get any update in galaxy store for samsung wallet. It is still showing samsung pay only.
Even i checked inapp update setting

It happens sometimes, wait for 2-3 more days, update will shown in your galaxy store
