Hi samsung,

Why I'm unable to see or access my device files folder android/data 

What is the issues and how can i fix that please help me.

Please finde below mentioned screenshot of the issue

U can't see android files data it's android security policy .it came after android 10

To see this folder use google files..

Bro, you can use 'Files by Google' app. You can access this folder by using them.
