Please Add Speed Limit Control for Connected Devices in Mobile Hotspot

I am a Samsung Galaxy A22 4G user and would like to request a very helpful feature that I believe many users would appreciate.
When sharing mobile internet via hotspot, all connected devices consume equal bandwidth. Often, one user may start downloading or streaming heavy content, which affects internet speed for others, including the main user.
Therefore, I kindly request you to add the following features to the Mobile Hotspot settings:
β Ability to set download/upload speed limits individually for each connected device
β Option to block or prioritize specific devices
β Display of real-time data usage per device
Adding this feature will greatly improve control over personal data usage and hotspot sharing experience.
