Fast charging

Anyon else having the issue of slow charging in Galaxy A8 Star even with fast charge adapter?

Hello LM10 . Please go to setting and than go to device care and than go to battery . Here you find charging than go to charging and than please select fast charging 🤪 .

sending feedback is not the solution
you have to visit service centre
by sending feedback you would only get some standard reply

I also had same problem in M31. So I turned off fast charging, connected the charger, then turned it on again which solved the problem.
