Fast charging not working

Hello friends, m getting fast charging problem in my a51 from past 2 months ,I thought after update it will work but nothing I have enabled fast charging but it shows cable charging only, I put my phone on safe mode ,tried from another charger also but still not working...is there any idea to solve this problem then please help me

try charging when phone is switched off

Check if the fast changing is enabled in the settings page
Settings > Device care > Battery > Charging

so if you already check with other cable so now you need to visit service centre
