Galaxy A1) Enable Fast charging by navigating to Settings >> Device Maintenance >> Battery >> Tap on three dots >> Advanced Settings and also check by using any other USB cable.
2) Check the issue in Safe Mode.
3) Keep updating the device via FOTA or Smart Switch.
4) Take full data backup and reset the device.
