Fast Charging issue

I am facing fast charging issue in my Galaxy A51.... when open fast charging option in settings and then charge then battery drains faster but when off that fast charging option and then charge so it gives me proper charging..... why ?? Is this any issue or normal ??

It's not a problem per say, it's how fast charging works. please go through the following article first.
