Fast Charging issue for A20

My device is showing only charging instead of fast charge as i have checked in device care app that fast charging is enabled, What should be the issue do samsung phones always have problems while charging

Factory reset your device and get rid of this problem there is no other option and i have done that now my device is responding well.
