Fast Charging issue for A20

My device is showing only charging instead of fast charge as i have checked in device care app that fast charging is enabled, What should be the issue do samsung phones always have problems while charging

Hi, Thank you for your interest in Samsung Pakistan. Please make sure you  are using the original charger and cable for your Samsung smartphone.

Yes, I am using original cable and 15W adapter provided with the box but please tell me what should be the reason behind it?

Clean your phone charging port and charging cable port also with soft brush.. it may be dust issue inside the port... or try another electricity socket..

go in settings and enable fast charging cable

Read above in my post i have already mentioned that have checked the settings manytimes but the response is still the same

there is issue in your cable or adapter i think one thing from them is not original
