False overheating alert

My galaxy A2 Core gives me false alert that my phone is overheating while is not. I have done a factory reset but it's still the same. This started a couple of days after I had installed the August system update.  What can i do to fix this issue?

contact the service center..its the best you can do..may be some software gimmicks during updates..
