Samsung apps are saying that my phone is rooted, even thought it was never. How can I fix that?

Have you ever rooted or any custom ROM installed at any point of time?

Knox is "tripped".
Did you buy this phone from Samsung or any authorized dealer? Or from Amazon/eBay like sellers?

I bought it from a verified seller here in Russia. Everything was working perfectly yesterday

If Samsung Pass / Wallet were working till yesterday, then it could be something else. Contact a service center.

If this is the first time you are trying to use any app that is protected by Knox and facing the error, then Knox is tripped, Nothing can be done to fix it.

To start device diagnosis Follow the below steps:

Go to Settings.
Then select battery and device care.
Go to the diagnostics option.
Press test all, you can also choose one or multiple.
If something is wrong, the device will indicate after diagnostics that an action is required as you need to visit the nearest service center . The device is in good condition if it doesn't display anything.

Is the bootloader unlocked? My phone said the exact same thing when I unlocked the bootloader. I locked it again, and then they work. Were Knox apps working before?
