i am trying to apply the promotional voucher 10% through website but this message is appearing. Redemption limit of voucher has been reached. As per customer service the voucher only available for targeted quantity which is completed that is why it's not apply on order.
if the target is met then why you are offering vouchers which is not valid .it is just misleading people which is fraudulent.
I have repeatedly submitted the same application information, yet I have not received any notification regarding exceeding the application limit. It is possible that only the first registration is being counted, and subsequent submissions are not being recorded by the company's system.
