Facing problem in call recorder application...

Samsung mobile have not builtin option to record the call as it is in huawei devices....next update of software should have this option in call setting option[call recorder]

Not possible, This function is banned in many countries including Pakistan by the law, because recording another person's call without his consent is illegal in some countries including Pakistan.
Beaware if you record someone's call by any third-party app and present it into court you may be punished by law.

Ohh thats good information i can't offord to be proceeded in court! Please help me to understand the governing law that forbade such a thing

Law is law but there are tricks to weakens them in trail rooms (what the both party lawyers do), If you notice while contacting to call centre or helpline of bank, cellular companies etc they tell that the call is going to be recorded for their safe end.
If anyone using 3rd party app records someone's call he will have to tell him in advance.

Poland allows, In USA some states such as California doesn't allow, In India only authorities are allowed in some cases by prior court orders, For UK you need to read Investigatory powers act 2000 (Section 48, sub section 2(b) and 3(a)(b) which does not allow investigation authorities to record calls without consent.
