Face recognition problem/ Internet switching problem

1. The face recognition is not working properly when i try to unlock phone through face unlock system its not recognizing my face please fix this problem 

2. When i switch internet between sim 1 to sim 2 it takes too much time to reconnect to other sim or it would not work and after manual restarting the phone the internet work so please fix this problem

I sopport to Samsung mobile that is a very good phone for Indian people and I trust to Samsung mobile phone.

Yah i trust Samsung and i am using from 2012 but there is some issue that they need to fix it

for second problem you can do this trick
turn on flight mode after some time turn on flight mode
this will help you

yah i know that trick and use that trick several times but this is not a fix this is just a temporary jugad i post about this issue because they need to fix this issue
