Hello,
In my galaxy a10s phone from yesterday day night I can't switch on neither Bluetooth nor WiFi. I rested the network settings too, to check whether it would fix it. But still it doesn't. Could anyone of you give a solution for it.

Hi,. Reset Network Settings (by going to Settings>General Management>Reset). You'll need to repair any Bluetooth devices and connect to any Wi-Fi networks again. If that doesn't work, you can try resetting all settings, but you might be better performing a Factory Reset. If you found my comment useful, kindly click on the 3 dots and select "Accept Solution"
Thank you 👍

Hi...
First go to Get Help tab on this app and select Diagnostic. Then select WiFi and Bluetooth and see whether getting any errors. Better to reset your device. Then probably it will be fixed. But still you have the issue, Better to contact a Samsung service center.
