I'm having an issue with my phone. It's giving me an error message "Enrollment of your phone failed. Contact your IT department if the problem continues

Change your navigation settings on the Navigation bar from Button to Swipe gestures. Went through 3 YouTube videos saying the same thing, but I'm still not sure how that helps:

You could also contact Samsung Support on the Support tab by looking for Text chat under Quick help

Thanks guys. The issue was with the security certificates for Samsung Knox on my phone. It's sorted now
