Edge lighting problem

In galaxy A50s edge lighting is not working for whatsapp after one UI 3.1 update. Can anyone suggest how to overcome this problem?

I think there is some compatability issue with whatsapp, it only works when we are using whatsapp

It is not even working while using whatdaop

Then check all settings, because its working for me(S10+),when I use whatsapp and if any messages come,edge lighting works..

Also change edge lighting style and try

just go to setting >edge litning>click on for whatsaap

Once long press on WhatsApp icon >app info (ibutton) > permission >deny all permission then allow again and let see

Try selecting Bubbles in Floating notifications. Smart pop-up view is not enabled for all apps. Also enable "Show even while screen is off" under Edge light
