M using both sim in e sim format and m having continuously fluctuations every few mins my both sim gets restart any suggestions or help in samsung galaxy a55

You could add multiple eSIMs, but there will be continuous functionality issues.

The best combination I found is one physical SIM and one eSIM. This works flawlessly.

This is not a Samsung issue. It is an issue with Indian carriers. There are factors like carrier support and eSIM memory capacity.

SIM 1 (Primary) as eSIM
SIM 2 (Secondary) as physical SIM
