I can't read any pdf document from my dual whatsapp account however I can in the main whatsapp account? Can anyone state if there is a fix to this as samsung support is of no use
Due to Google’s improved security policy on Android 11, storage memory is separately managed for each user. As dual messenger works based on multi-user service, storage memory of dual messenger can't be shared with other apps. Therefore, downloaded images using dual messenger are not saved in the Gallery app. To check downloaded images, please go to My Files > Internal storage > DualApp > DCIM > Messenger app folder
