Dual WhatsApp not opening documents

Can anyone please let me know if anyone else is also facing the issue which I am facing?

I have dual WhatsApp in my phone. The same document opens fine on the primary account but if i try to open on dual WhatsApp it says the file is corrupt.

Please give me any solution if someone has.
