Download error

Good day

I need help with my Samsung a10s,with the third last software update ,if i dowload a song ,photo or even a movie it use to say download complete but now it only shows download error but the file is completly download ....

Try to reset your network settings and perform a soft reset 

Settings>> General Management>> Reset>> Reset Network settings

To perform a soft reset: 
Press the side key and volume-down key simultaneously for about 8 to 10 seconds. 
* The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding till it restarts.

Kindly backup your data and reset your phone to factory.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Cloud and Accounts
4. Tap on Backup and Restore
5. Select Backup.

3. Select General Management.
4. Select Reset.
5. Select Factory data Reset.
6. Tap Reset.
