Try to reset your network settings and perform a soft reset
Settings>> General Management>> Reset>> Reset Network settings
To perform a soft reset:
Press the side key and volume-down key simultaneously for about 8 to 10 seconds.
* The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding till it restarts.

Galaxy AKindly backup your data and reset your phone to factory.
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Cloud and Accounts
4. Tap on Backup and Restore
5. Select Backup.
