Dolby Atmos problem

Anyone face a problem with audio in A50 while using Dolby Atmos? 

When I'm playing a video, there is a sudden drop in volume for 1 or 2 seconds, it keep happening. Once I turned it off, then no issue. If you are have the same issue please post your thoughts. Thank you.

Dolby atmos is supported only thru 3.5mm headphone jack rite not thru speaker?

i did, but the incompetent customer service said your device don't support Dolby Atmos.
