Do Not Disturb mode

Why is the ' Don't pop-up notifications' option grayed out? Does anyone have the answer?

Those are mandatory for do not disturb. So we can't turn those off.

if this is the reason then the whole option shouldn't have been placed there. right?

If it is not there we wouldn't know it would block pop up notification and hide status bar icon.
They should have placed it in description though.
