Mere mobile (Samsung a8 plus)ka display greenish white ho gya hai aur kabhi kabhi flick krta hai brightness bhi jyada ho gyi hai jo kam nahi ho rahi hai ☹, What should I do ..

Go for hard reset. If you don't find any change then visit the customer care to get you issue resolved.

It's not software problem because screenshot you shared is in proper colour , so it's a hardware problem.
I will recommend you to visit only nearby samsung service centre to replace or repair display. Don't visit any other shop or service centre.
