Whatever problem you report to them...they come with the same solution...(reset/update your phone) And which is sometimes litterally irrelevant.... I don't think Samsung even read the problems of customers...they just reply with a fix set of solution i.e., software update/ factory reset your phone. I know the last reply of mine was also disgusting 😅
