I have disabled the Google and Netflix app as it's useless for me. In recent days those apps are getting enabled automatically although I disabled again with turn off all the permissions. Is there a way to fix this issue?

It can be removed totally by using adb.
To remove Netflix, run this adb command:
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.netflix.mediaclient

And for Google:
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox

Alright, thanks. Will it be reinstalled again by any chance like next firmware upgrade?

It will be restored back again when you reset your mobile. No need to flash.

No bro. For me Netflix didn't reinstall even after OTA updates. I uninstalled Google only after I got all updates😅. So didn't get to test it out. They got reinstalled for me, only after a factory reset🤣🤣🤣
