Did not received PSO RS 3000 Fuel voucher

I bought Samsung A07 3-4 days ago from priceoye but still didn't get any PSO fuel voucher till yet , there is only tapmad voucher in the benefits. Is anybody experience the same issue ? If yes than What's the solution ?
