Did Samsung forgot their A50 model

Samsung released Android Q / Android 10 update on march 16th. But the next day itself Samsung was get back their update & untill now (April) not released the Android 10 update. But they are releasing for other models like A70 ,A9 ,... So on. We thought bcoz of the current situation they are taking time. But after seeing updates for other models it's really frustrating for us. 

Could Samsung resolve this Asap

And also am facing mobile charging issue (Android 9)
previously my phone took time charge for 1 & 1/2 an hour
but now even after 3 hours of charging , it's showing only 75 %

bro I can understand the current situation too. Even I'm a developer who has been doing WFH. we know the exact situation but we must also consider the client / customer requirements
