Device overheat problem

 As I purchased the Galaxy A14 5G just 3 days back the device overheat in the upper part of the device near the camera part. 

 This issue is found in many other people devices also.

 Please I request the samsung to observe the problem and resolve as soon as possible.

Tell me when your device getting heat like while charging, stand by mode or heavy app usage...? Generally all devices getting heat in summer even simple task...

The device overheats When I attend the call and when I use apps for just 5 minutes

Have full network? Have 4 bar showing of network..?

So restart the phone, after that problem still than visit samsung service center...
