Hi folks,

I am using Samsung Galaxy A70s 8GB variant since from last 1 year and during the initial days I started to like this device performance as well as the Samsung software services. 

But now from last 1 month the device is lagging like hell, apps are crashing more often, I have done factory reset still problem persists.

When apps crashes device becomes unresponsive and can't able to close or switch to other apps also.



Apps which are crashing are
  • Google drive
  • Amazon prime in pip mode
  • Youtube in pip mode
  • Spotify
  • Galaxy store(sometime it lists the app under update section even if the app has been removed)
  • Most importantly Samsung Keyboard doesn't even launches sometimes, which forces me to restart the app.

Why Samsung devices slow down after some time of usage?

After resetting also facing the same issues. Now it's happening less frequently.

go to recovery mode
volume up key + lock key press at once time
only clear wipe cache data and then reboot

try these things in safe mode then try if problem persists then its app problem not device problem

Use CC cleaner and clean all the residual files and see.

1. Ensure 20% of internal memory of device is free (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Device care> storage).


2. Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

After performing above steps if the issue still persist kindly send us the screenshot, videos and error log file with in 15 minutes of issue occurrence through error report section from Samsung Member Application :- Samsung Member Application > click on get help > send feedback > error report, so that we can help you out to solve the issue.
