Hi All, hope you are well.
I have a Samsung A32 4G. I have put a few of my apps in the deep sleep mode, which effectively means that they should only work when I open them. I am, however, getting notifications from some of them, which tells me they are still "running", am I correct? It's not the notifications that bother me, rather the fact that I feel the deep sleep mode isn't doing what it's supposed to be doing. Any suggestions? I've tried a few of those apps that "freeze" your apps but so far I haven't found one that actually works properly.

Try force stopping the apps and then freezing them.

Go to each app information, go to battery, turn off background usage
