Date and time resets in A73

Hello all,

I am experiencing some weird issue. Since day one its my habit that i turn off the phone before bed time. I switched off my phone and very next day when i switched on the date and time was reset back to factory time i guess it was June 4 2022.

I would like to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem.

Is your time zone is set to automatic? If no set it to automatic and then try it.

Yes, its on automatic but this is not the solution, its a major issue

The automatic time zone only works when Internet is on, but if Internet is off, it doesn't work. But for other smartphones, when you switch off the phone, time and date remains correct when you switch it on without switching on Internet! But Samsung A73 can't keep time and date .
