DATA USAGE

Greetings,  it has come to attention that my Galaxy A50 has been using an unreasonable amount of data. In just 5 days my data usage has reached 10gb, but all I've done is use whatsapp and simple web browsing. Has anybody else encountered this? And if so are there any solutions?

Hi, greetings. 

Please follow the steps as in the screenshot so that you can see which app used the data. Select the option mobile data if you are using  mobile data or WiFi if you are using WiFi.

Thank you, so I have to deactivate the applications?

If the app which use most of the data is not an essential app, you can either disable it or uninstall it.
