So my A70 started restarting randomly and was having issues while charging. I decided to visit customer service. They told me that I need to come early in the morning before 12 to get the device fixed in the same day. So I went the next day. 

The customer service agent asked me if I had my warranty card which was expired. I told them it's expired. They told me the charges will be 4500. I said okay. 

The agent said that I will get device in 3 working days. Which would be almost a week from now as Eid milad un Nabi holiday is coming along with weekend. Previously they told me that I would receive my phone the same day. The agent said it's for those who still have warranty. So warranty customers get priority. Non warranty customers not just to pay the money but also have to wait. This is totally ridiculous. 

This experience is enough for me not to buy a Samsung next time..
