Custom Ringtone in Notifications

I am using Galaxy A71.

Here I checked that I am getting an option to add a custom ringtone in the Ringtone section for Calls but I there is no option to add a custom ringtone in Notification Sounds.

Samsung shuould have an update for this.

Meanwhile you can send feedback to Samsung by using get help section
GetHelp>>SendFeedback>>ErrorReport/AskQuestion>choose appropriate section

Yes, officially its not possible..

It's a very old trick working since Android Gingerbread.

Copy paste your custom notification sound in circled folder. It will automatically show up in notification sound.

Yes I did that. And the custom ringtone is visible in the Notification Sounds list but it does not change actually after selecting that custom ringtone.

It remains the same that I had selected previously from the default list.

For me it's working in my A71. I have set the custom ringtone only.
Try resetting settings once.
It will default all settings.
