Crashing of dual messenger

Since the update of android Q, the dual messenger app doesn't opens and it says settings keep stopping. I've tried all the troubleshooting measures, nothing helped.

sir ,, I think you simply update that big firmware by using mobile data or wifi..where any big os need to be flashed which is one and only recommended and proper procedure to install any big os update ...mobile data or wifi gives this type of issues only by welcome software holes.....so please visit Samsung service center and flash that android 10 firmware which is absolutely free of cost within warrenty period of device...to achieve highest performance of glitches free healthy device, Samsung introduced smart switch to flash firmware but peoples do same mistake repeatedly and faced problem by damaging software side....you can perform a factory reset also ..but it's help to clear few glitches not totally
