Continously vibrating and notification sound

Hey, I'm using Samsung Galaxy A9(2018), when I increase the volume of notifications it starts notifying with sound without any notifications. 

And same case with Vibration mode, it starts vibrating when I kept the vibration on it continously vibrates.

Please help! It is annoying too..

Turn off notification reminder

Turn off notifications from settings

First,check notification reminder,if its on,turn it off

Also perform reset apps preferences

Settings>apps>click 3 dts at top right corner>select reset apps preferences

Remember it will change all app settings to default
