Galaxy AI am using samsung a50s from December 2019. The phone is good but it faces a lot of connectivity issues. There is always a call drop. For Vodafone the signal is very low and jio also faces connectivity issues. After sometime in a callI can hear everyone but no one can hear me. Kindly help me solve the issue by some upgrade or anything else.

Galaxy APoor network is not only due to your handset as so many people complaining.
I am using 2 sim.
But the network strength is different that means network issue is not only due to mobile handset.
If your signal strength below 90 then it is good enough.
If above 90 but below 100 then not bad (average)
But if above 100 it is called not good u can say it poor.
But in my case my jio network in my room only not all area is not good but luckily i am able to do everything like download, live videos YouTube without buffering 😉😉
Now do these steps to check ur sim card strength;
1. Go to about phone
2. Status
3. Sim Card Status
4. Signal strength
I also attached steps as image.
Again as usual I request all who would check and read this post please do like and comments.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
