So apparently I bought this phone during the sale at a very good price . I used it few days before making it my primary phone . It was all nice and also updated my phone to one ui 7. I was satisfied with the performance so I did put my 5g sim here and made it primary phone and that became the biggest mistake of my life. From the beginning it started heating when using mobile data on 5g also excessive battery drainage I have to charge 2~3times a day when used for prolonged hours. Today it started hanging and saw jitters with just basic app usages. I didn't play a single game after putting my sim. I mostly use instagram , youtube and chrome but this trash phone can't even handle this much multi tasking? Exynos processor is more trashier than I could ever imagine. Please don't buy exynos processor's phones from samsung. What's the use of one ui and customization features when we can't even use it smoothly? My biggest regret buying a samsung phone , never imagined a 'A' series phone would be this bad.

Okay, this was a long list of device fault naming.
Firstly id like to say that this is not true for all the A35 units, I can say this cuz I have used 2 of A35 8|256 GB variant, never have I seen heating issues even using 5g at outdoors at 35°C.
So maybe yours was a faulty unit, if you can get it changed, pls do it.

If it was faulty unit then it would have happened from the beginning not after putting 5g sim. Also mine is 8gb/128gb

Hence why i pointed it out as faulty unit, phones having issues over 5g is faulty, wifi is never a big deal for even an 7 year old phones. So you can just get it checked yk.

yes i can but customer service suggested me to use it on 60hz and also disable volte voice calling and etc. I don't think they will do anything.

You should force them to replace device if it cant be used with all its capability, tell them you paid for the phone not for the compromises.
If you make this issue more serious to them, then they will replace the unit, they won't have any other option.

Well i used my phone at 5g for 60% of the day during office times, and the rest with wifi at home. So with no nerfing, all settings on, with location. I just don't use AOD during office times.

With all these I get 7 hours min sot for 100% charge, in this One UI 7 max i could achieve is 9 hr sot full on wifi.
Only one ui 6.1 i could achieve 12 hour sot with wifi, hope it will be good with One UI 8.

If I keep battery issues aside , what about jitters while scrolling or switching to other apps? I am facing a lot lately.

My phones are the smoothest ever, i meany both A35 devices. I never faced any jitters or hangs, like never. I even checked the infamous multi app opening animation, no jitters even in that.
