Make sure the TV does have screen mirroring option and that both devices are connected to the same WiFi. If you tried before and it worked once, delete and redo the whole process. Hope it works for you.

I couldn't understand earlier from your previous sentence and lost in translation. Ah I'm not sure about whether the phone is able to provide screen mirroring. Do you find the option in YouTube application tho? Hope the Samsung teams helps you ASAP
