For the first time ever.
I'm asking you about Software Updates. I'd never asked you a question regarding Software Update earlier.

Since it's been so long. As you always says : "Your device needs binary updates, updates are rolling out by time..." One of the major bugs :
*Battery Drainage
*Battery Charging
Which everyone is facing. In Fact I am facing too.
Still no updates at all. I understand there are lot's of devices that needs updates & bug fixes but I can't understand your update strategies or policies.

I think, Updates are not consistent to everyone.
& This should have to be consistent.
In the community every single person asking you for the Updates & Bug fixes.
This time we don't need automated answer.
We need your answer Samsung.

We can understand your annoyance as it has not been a very pleasant experience with Samsung so far, Samsung constantly works towards bringing-out the best updates incorporating the latest technology along with great features. Kindly wait for any update related official announcement on Samsung Members Community.
