My phone chargers data cable purchased in July end has cut opened up on its own at two extreeme ends- near the pin side and other end at USB side. Both the sides the wires are visible. Is this the quality samsung maintains for a phone costing 27000/-? The outer layer has peeled of on its own within 4 months, which did not happen with ON5 charger. Samsung must replace the defective data cable and suo moto call back all such data cables for free replacement on proper verification basis.
I have already visited the service centre and they are unwilling to replace the data cable. Their argument is this that physical damage is not covered under warranty. But if the outer layer peeling off on its own, how it can be taken as case of physical damage. If the outer layer has not peeled of, their was no need to ask for replacement. It is just samsung washing off its hand with words. Samsung is supplying such a sub-standard quality with phone costing 27000/-. Shame on samsung. It is at pinnacle of greed and cheapness.

this is not samsung mistake u have to take care of your accessory.not blame samsung.if u our phone screen broken u cant blame samsung.

Plz read the full write-up and then comment. It seems you are certain that samsung can not give sub- standard quality. When even cars costings in millions often get re-called by manufacturers due to issues inherant at time of supply. And it is not screen breaking; if you care to read it properly.

consumer complaint with samsung?? if you are suggesting samsung, then we should really expect Santa to deliver the cables as Christmas Gift. They started selling the phone at 30K plus and now it is being sold at 18k. so they made atleast 15k profit per phone at the launch time and they are providing this kind of cheap quality with phone getting sold at 100% margin. samsung is truelly taking consumers for ride!!!!
