My galaxy A23 does not charge well when turned on it charges on one side of the cable and some times does not respond to the charger at all. The problem startedwhen u upgraded it to 1UI 5.0 it started showing a USB connection notification even if it wasn't connected. Sometimes it shows upto 8 hours charging time when it responds to the charger. It charges perfectly fine when turned off or when you switch it on while it's plugged in.
