Charging jack issue

I have recently buy new box pack a07 i have facing charging issues in it as the cable provide in the cable i try to charge phone it wont charge as it doesn't fit perfectly as i buy new baseus cable first it work fine next i try to charge it doesn't also fitting properly then i try to charge from other cable from that cable phone was charging whats the issue

Bro 2 reason are there.
1 new cable new phone not easily fits into charging slot.
2nd old cable new phone fits perfect.. otherwise no issues
