Charging issue

I have Samsung A71. Last week updated to android 11 and One UI 3.1. Now i am unable to charge with original fast charger. Charger works with other samsung phone.  Please give me a solution

Same with me. I have A80 and i have same problem. I have send a complaint to samsung. You can also do that.

Hello Puthisali, This is my experience. My A71 phone also had this problem. I replaced the charging port. Ok.
