Charging issue

My mobile isn't charging my phone ...Everytime I charge my mobile it stucks.. for that I'have to disconnect my mobile from charging and wait for cool down.

Plz do suggestion

Check for any app running constantly in the background. Or maybe you've battery problem.

bro facing same charging issue during turnoff the mobile.

if any app issue then it will charge after turn off, but my mobile didn't.

Try using charger and cabel that comes with the box.

i have same issue with my a71..try to plug in the charger directly into sockets instead of using an extension to plug ur charger..i think it's because of voltage ....plug ur charger directly into socket don't use extension to plug ur charger
