Charging issue

So basically my A15 is charging like v.slowly it takes 10hrs to charge 100% and i have original charger and so its not charger issue maybe i got this error after 1 may update till now it's charging v slow and i talk with a samsung customer service but they told me to visit service center cause my phone is in warranty the main issue is my Uni paper has started and i do my whole studies by my phone so in how much time do i get my mobile phone as i said earlier its very urgent bcz of my papers if i give them my mobile tomorrow??

Mobile ka Charging slot saaf karen.
Agr phir bhi same issue aaye to dosra charger lag kar check karen
Agar phir bhi same issue ho to phir service center pr rabta karen

Service center hi jana parega bss ye bataden ke unko mobile den repairing ke liye to kitna time lgate woh dene me wapsi?
