Charging issue

My Galaxy A03 charges slow even if I use the charge that came with it. I bought it last month, what could be problem?

That is way too long, even for a very old phone. You have to take it back.

Turn the charger head upside down to see if it won't charge faster. It might be picky so you'll need to get it fixed
